Joe and Amy Kiselica, owners of Arrow Fence Company, Inc., are also owners of DogWatch of Central New York. In 2000, they put their English Springer Spaniel, Kally, on a DogWatch hidden fence purchased from their local dealer. They became friends and business associates with the dealer, referring customers to DogWatch whenever a traditional fence from Arrow Fence was not the best solution for their customers or when the homeowners did not want to fence in their entire yard.
In 2003, when the local DogWatch dealer decided to pursue other ventures, Joe and Amy had the opportunity to become the new DogWatch dealer in Central New York. They jumped at the chance. As customers, they believed whole-heartedly in the product and couldn’t wait to represent DogWatch themselves. They’ve been selling and installing DogWatch hidden fences ever since. It’s very easy to sell something you truly believe in.
